Track Order

When your order ships, we will send you an email notification with a tracking number for your order status. You can get tracking information within 2 business days.

To track your order please enter your tracking number in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

We’re here to assist you Monday-Friday/8:00 AM-4:00 PM (PST).

Our hours are Monday-Friday, starting at 8:00 AM and ending at 4:00 PM (PST). If you place your order after 4:00 PM on a business day, we will start processing it at 8:00 AM on the next business day. But if you order after 4:00 PM on Friday, your Pet Pad will start processing the following Monday at 8:00 AM.

We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Order Status Terms

Pending — Order received (unpaid).

Processing — Payment received (paid) and stock has been held; order is awaiting fulfillment at the warehouse.

Completed — Order fulfilled and complete – shipment tracking included.

Canceled — Canceled by our CS team or by the customer.
