1.We support PayPal payment method

PayPal is a global online payment platform that provides safe and convenient electronic payment and fund transfer services.

2. How to pay using PayPal?

To pay with PayPal, you can refer to the following three methods:

Method 1: Pay directly with PayPal on the product page

(1) When you are selecting and want to buy a Pet Pad, you can select the quantity you want to purchase on the Pet Pad product page and just click the “PayPal” button on the page.

(2) Log in to your PayPal account to easily complete the payment.

Method 2: Pay with PayPal in the shopping cart

(1) First, add the Pet Pad you want to your shopping cart and confirm your order quantity.

(2) In your shopping cart, click the “View Cart” button.

(3) Confirm the items in the shopping cart and view your order information.

(4) Click the “PayPal” button to pay directly through PayPal.

Method 2: Pay with PayPal in the shopping cart

The first three steps are the same as method 2

(1) First, add the Pet Pad you want to your shopping cart and confirm your order quantity.

(2) In your shopping cart, click the “Checkout” button to proceed with your purchase.

(3) Confirm the items in the shopping cart and view your order information.

(4) Select “Proceed to Checkout” to enter the settlement page.

(5) Please fill in and check your name, address, phone number, email address and other billing details carefully, check your order information.

(6) Check “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions*”.

Click the “PayPal” button to log in to your PayPal account and securely complete your payment.

3.After successful payment, how can I view and modify my order information?

After the order payment is successful, you can check the order status in your account orders details.

If you need to cancel an order, you can modify it within 1 hour after placing the order. This includes modifications such as canceling the order in whole or in part, changing the address, changing the delivery method, and adding, exchanging or deleting items from the order.

After 1 hour, the order will be processed and cannot be modified or canceled.

If you confirm that you need to cancel your order or change your order information, please modify the order information in account orders details within 1 hour after placing your order, and contact Shauna Killay by sending an email to [email protected].

4.How long does it take to receive my refund?

Regarding refunds for returns

If you apply for a return and send back the returned Pet Pad product, we will initiate the full refund process after receiving your return express. The refund amount will be returned to your account within 1-2 business days.

Regarding refunds for canceled orders

If you successfully apply to cancel your order, we will refund the full amount to your account within 1-2 business days.

Please note that refund time will vary depending on the payment method you selected, usually 1-2 business days, thank you for your patience.
